Who Am I?

Ashley Leeds, Business Coach

My name is Ashley Leeds and I am “The 15minute guy” for LinkedIn and a business coach outside of social media.

I have built my brand on the saying “You get out what you put in” and I really believe that to be true. If you put in effort, you will see the reward.

The brain can only take in a certain amount of information at any one time, so 15-20minutes is about the optimum length of time for each bite-size chunk that I deliver. What that means is that you get so much more value out of those sessions and the next steps are so much more achievable. More than that, they become sustainable.

We track the progress you’re making so you can see for yourself that those steps are having an impact. In fact, together, we are holding you accountable for the goals you have set for your business. With each success and each dopamine hit, you will find that these daily habits become a pleasure and no longer a chore.

How do I know this?

I have spent over 30 years working in sales, the last 14 of which have been spent with bookkeepers and accountants. Prior to that, I worked in various hotels as a pastry chef where even in a non-customer facing role, we were taught just how important our actions were to the happiness and satisfaction of our customers. It was instilled in me then and it is a huge part of what I do now.

I have completed a diploma in Performance coaching (2019) so that I can guide you into making decisions you can be proud of.

Will I be able to help you? Yes!

Bubbly. Enthusiastic. Concise. Having a “zest for life”. Passionate. Humble.  Empowering. Inspiring.

These are what my cohorts are saying about the way I deliver my sessions and it really is an honour to spend time helping free people like you from LinkedIn fear or business frustration. So when are you going to book your first Full Cup 15minutes?

Coaching to help you find better solutions

Helping YOU to reframe YOUR situation, so YOU can cope better, find better solutions (or ANY solution) to problems, better define YOUR goals and achieve YOUR dreams.  Generally - be HAPPIER, more fulfilled and have purpose

What is 1:1 Coaching?

If you Google this question you’ll get loads of answers, but this is my take on what it is.

Bear with me.

1:1 means that it is just You and Me, not a group, no bosses or team members, purely you.  I am here to listen and ask questions to enable you to work things out for yourself.  I will not tell you what to do, you will tell yourself what needs to be done.

I can help you with an action plan and I will also keep you motivated to ensure that you achieve what you need to do to get where you want to be.  1:1 coaching is different for everybody, it’s not woo-woo or fuzzy.  It is a space where you can talk freely where you’ll not be judged, there are no correct answers and everything is from the heart.

Use me to bounce your ideas off, act as a sounding board, or just find out more about what you can do in your business to make you more efficient, a better leader a better salesperson or maybe just sort out your diary.  Whatever you want to discuss, we can discuss it.

At the beginning of each session, we discuss what you would like to achieve and make sure that we are accountable to completing that within our allotted time. That way, you can start working through your to-do list and turn it into a "it's done" list.

At the end of a 1:1 coaching session, you’ll have ideas and actions.  You’ll feel better for finding an answer and be energised to do something as a result.  With actions, you’ll need to crack on and get them moving, because there’s no point in spending the time if you do not take control.  I am also available to help you with the accountability to make sure that these things happen.

Ask me about when I learnt to play the guitar and the accountability that I had from Steve, my guitar teacher.  Without him seeing me improve every week, I would not have had the motivation to keep going.  Even 5 minutes a week can make all the difference when you are trying to strive for something.  Having someone who holds you accountable means that you are more likely to achieve your goals.
