What posts do well on LinkedIn?

Do you want some ideas to create content?

I often get asked, “What posts do well on LinkedIn?” Or “How do you write a catchy post on LinkedIn?”

I create 5 content ideas every week to help people post on LinkedIn, but I still get questions. Mostly about fear or where is the content.

Please do not worry about how do you write a catchy post on LinkedIn, worry about writing something. The more that you create the more that you will get into the swing of things and start seeing content everywhere.

It’s all about improving and doing a little bit each day, or each week. The more that you do the easier it will be. Just like riding a bike or learning to play the guitar. Eric Clapton still practices every day!

Don’t stop and think about it, just create the content and this will improve your LinkedIn reach and engagement.

Every week I give you 5 ideas to help you with your content.

This week we had some sad news, so why not start with the Queen and create something positive to share your thoughts?

FIVE NEW Ideas for creating content - week 37!

Here are my ideas for this week.

The Queen

I know that it is obvious, but surely this week you'd like to add your voice to all the amazing things that Queen Elizabeth II has done. Did you ever meet her? Have you ever done anything for 70 years? The longest job I ever had was for 8 years. Talk about the way she has had to cope with struggles, the worrying times her children have even her or what about how impeccably dressed she always was. Did you watch her Christmas address? Do you have any favourite photos of her that you could share?

Another Prime Minister

I guess with the passing of The Queen Liz Truss has taken second fiddle, but do you have anything to say? Talk about change, talk about how it's great to see another woman prime minister. Have you got anything to share about how you took on a big role? How about advice for Liz for her first 100 days? If you are a trainer or business coach you could weave it into what you do.

Roald Dahl Story Day 2022

13 September sees the annual celebration of this great storyteller. Do you have little ones who love his stories? Have you read all his books? Do you have a favourite character and can you identify any of their traits with yourself or people you know? Who is your Matilda, or do you know a Big Friendly Giant? Why not create a meme with one of his characters?

Mayflower Day

Back in 1620, the first pilgrims set sail from Plymouth on 16 September to settle in America. You can read more here. How must that have been? Now, this one challenge eh? What challenges have you had to face? Do you have any American family or friends? Talk about how you have had to face big challenges in your business or private life if you feel like sharing.

Your Favourite Business Tools

I'm sharing some tips on Canva today which got me thinking that I couldn't do what I do without this brilliant piece of software. I'd also be stuck without Mailchimp and LinkedIn. What tools do you use in your business that you couldn't do without?

Share your tech stack, your favourites or why not do a series over a few weeks. The top secrets to my business. Each week you can feature a package that you use and talk about it. This could then turn into a downloadable eBook for your website to help even more people!

(Hey, if you are an expert why not do a training session too - OR - If you are not up to speed yet with the tech, why not get in touch and we can do a collaboration? I can help you with all the presenting stuff and maybe have you as a guest, you be the expert and I'll help you reach an audience)

This week will be a bit different with everything that is going so if you feel like not creating any content, that's ok. But hopefully with these ideas you maybe able to come up with something?

Every week I turn this into a video for my Monday LinkedIn Post.
