I'm back!!!

I’m back from my holiday. Fully refreshed and super excited to get back on my business bike and get peddling.


A week away has given me space to relax and think deeply about things and I’m so glad we were able to have a lovely break.


Meanwhile, it’s all happening here. Next week sees our regular 1st Monday of the month Alumni Catch up. This early morning free session is a chance to catch up with your cohorts and ask me any questions you have regarding your LinkedIn journey.

Will you create any content this week?

What content are you going to create this week? Don’t forget that creating content will get you noticed and it’s not that scary. Here’s some ideas that I’ve come up with whilst chilling by the pool Myth Busting. Following a week on Lanzarote I’ve been blown away with what an amazing holiday destination it is. What myths can you bust? What beliefs do we have that hold us back? Have you done something that you don’t normally do that has surprised you? Meditation Do you meditate? Talk about the benefits that it has brought to you and how you do it. We’re advised to take time out, but how easy is it? Did you try and it didn’t work? Has it helped your business, can you recommend anyone to help or what about your top tips for getting started Routine Being away for a week has meant that my routine is out the window, but it funny how we’ve quickly settled into a new routine. This new routine doesn’t mean getting out of bed first thing . What routines work for you? Are you stickler for your daily plans or do you let it just flow. Talk about some great routines that really help your business and others that didn’t work. Exercise Do you have a daily exercise regime? I’ve been religiously doing press-ups, squats and sit-ups. What’s your thing? Do you run, hit the gym or are you a triathlete? Talk about why you love exercise and how it helps you with business and your wellbeing. The Jubilee Weekend It’s here. Big celebrations this weekend. What are you planning? Two national bank holidays so are you having a cheeky break. Are you organising a street party?
