Spending time with my Grandson really makes me think of all the joy in the world which is why I came up with this.
Here you go.
Do you wonder at your little ones?
Do your children have you in stitches?
I had sole custody of our grandson yesterday. Yes, they trusted me for 3 hours on my own!!
He's still alive and unblemished, so I did good!
But the time on my own with him gave me time to live in his world.
He's 2 yrs old and to him EVERYTHING is Exciting, a Wonder, Something New and FUN! Opportunities at every turn.
When do we lose that sense of curiosity and sheer wonderment?
After studying neuroscience with Lynda Shaw my mind is more open to how we behave and how our brains work and watching this little lad yesterday was a great learning for me.
It was miserable weather yesterday so I took him to a garden centre, we wandered outside looking at the amazing garden ornaments and searched for the fishes and splashed in the puddles.
When the heavens opened we ventured indoors for a coffee (he had a baby chino) and we also looked at the Christmas displays.
His eyes were like saucers.
I am learning so much from this little man.

My Book is launching soon so I want to make sure that people are anticipating it so that when it does launch hopefully some people will make purchase!
Here’s the post.
Do you fancy writing a book? Have you started yet?
Now that my book is finished (1 week until launch day 🥳) I am seeing all kinds of scary facts about writing that book. 😱
Did you know that many people want to write a book? Many of those people actually go ahead and start writing a book.
But did you know that only 3% of people who start actually finish?
That's crackers. If I'd had known that I may not have started 😂
But here's the thing. If I can do it then anyone can.
I was talking to a lovely client yesterday who said that she loves my writing, but I shared with her that I was in the bottom set for English at school.
I was top in Maths, French and science, but bottom stream for English.
This has held me back.
All these years of thinking I was rubbish and cannot write have stopped me from doing so much.
But not anymore. LinkedIn has helped me. 🙏
By turning up regularly and writing my little blogs and posts I am training my brain that I can write.
✅ That I have something to add.
✅ That I can entertain people.
✅ That I can inspire people
✅ That I can help people just follow my examples.
It's not difficult.
You just have to start.
You are not rubbish, you just haven't practised enough. Or maybe you haven't found the right people. Your old teachers may not be right after all.
If you want a hand to write that book why not reach out to Hayley Smith who has helped me? Or the excellent Michael Heppell who has the plan to help 1,000 people write 1,000 books in 1,000 days.
It was certainly Michaels's energy and enthusiasm that got me fired up!

Designed and put together by my awesome graphic designer. She is patient, hard-working, has an eye for detail, and copes with my demanding nature.
She also designed my book cover!
Her designs have seen her create books and a great business with greeting cards and other self-designed items for the climber in your life.
She is also a wonderful mother and a wonderful daughter to me! Big shout out to Jessica Cover, my little superstar.
I am so pleased with my book and banner.

OMG with my impending book launch (16 Nov 🥳) so much is happening and this week has been another whirlwind!!

First off is Will Vine. He's a great lawyer and has just started his exciting new role, but he still has time for music.
