Is your Photo Up to Date
People buy from people whom they know, like, and trust so you need to make sure that you have an up-to-date photo. You also need to make sure that you are filling the screen, looking at the camera and smiling.
What about your Banner?
If your banner is the default LinkedIn version, what does that say about you? Be inventive, think laterally, and maybe even spell it out. Your banner is valuable real estate and should not be ignored. Remember that 70% of people look at your banner on their mobile device so keep it clear
If you are looking for a job then make sure that you have means for people to get in touch easily. Add a Calendly link so that people can book a call. Don't forget your PERSONAL (not work) phone number. Make sure that your email address is not your current work email as you'll not have access when you leave.
